Purchased a NuFace Mini in December. Sadly, after the first initial charge it was never able to properly charge; after research, I realised this was a common problem. Reached out to Customer Service and after getting an approval for my return, within a reasonable amount of time, I received my replacement. Thus far it's working and I love it. Let's hope it stays this way. It's a great piece of equipment and you can definitely notice it's working.
