I've been using both the helmet and the face mask consistently for about 2 months now.
I'm satisfied with the helmet.
So far I have not noticed any dramatic hair growth -- and I'll keep using the helmet consistently.
I'm satisfied with the mask. I suggest having an LED light or two over the lips (rather than an opening for the mouth as it is now) since it seems to make sense to support lip skin health as much as any other facial skin.
I have noticed minor improvements in skin appearance though not as significant as I was hoping. I will continue to use the mask consistently.

Mask: I love it, and that it goes under the chin. Very comfortable to wear. I wish the charge level was shown to know if it needs to be charged.
Hair: We call this my Storm Trooper helmet. It's only been 2 months. So far, what I see is a lot less shedding and my hair seems fuller (I also paired this with the AY method).
I give this 4-4.5 stars. Where it loses points is if my hair gets caught in the earpiece, I start to get flustered. This has happened 2-3 times. Once, I thought I was going to have to cut my hair to get out of it. I wear a low pony when doing this. So the last time I kept my hair back and thought it would be fine... nope.
I think the earpieces should be detachable when things like this happen.

Hair: Only complaint so far is the marks left on my head by the plastic suction cup like pieces
