Disclaimer: YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU’RE GOING TO TRY THIS FOR PSORIASIS. I have suffered from psoriasis since age 2. I am now almost 50. After many years in remission, I got a bad flare up on my face and neck. I had read about trials using red light therapy for psoriasis, and, to avoid using steroids, I thought I would give this a try, combined with a natural tincture made of Thyme (Thyme Out). I have been using the face mask for around 6 weeks, and the neck & dec for close to 4 weeks. Within a week of using the mask, the redness calmed down so much, and now my skin has almost completely normalised with no dark spots. Additionally, old pigmentation (sun spots, scarring) lightened, and my skin is generally looking fresh and glowy. Need to note that this is NOT the only thing I have done for the psoriasis - I also adjusted diet and stress levels, but I believe the mask helped with calming the redness down almost immediately. This is my own experience, and again, if you have psoriasis (and especially if you’re on a treatment course), you should talk to your doctor first.
