Ensure your hair is clean, dry and product free.
Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test (see important information).
Step 2: Ensure your hair is clean, dry and product-free.
Step 3: Take a ‘before’ photo of the area you wish to improve.
Step 4: Place the device on your head, adjust headphones for comfort.
Step 5: Turn on your device and connect to Bluetooth.
Step 6: Sit back and relax. The device will turn off after 10 minutes.
Using a soft measuring tape, place it just above your eyebrows. Wrap the tape around the top of your ears and then around the back of your head at its widest point. Pull the tape so it sits snugly — it should lie flat against your skin without feeling tight. The number you see is your head circumference.
*If your measurement sits close to the upper or lower limit of a size, consider sizing up or down for the most comfortable fit.
Based on your measurements, choose from the below:
54cm - 58.9cm: Medium
59cm - 63.5cm: Large

Although both LED and laser for hair growth use the power of red light therapy to support scalp health and energise follicles, the technologies differ in the wavelengths used.
Laser therapy uses a single wavelength to deliver a high-intensity, focused beam of light with targeted precision, while LED light therapy uses one or more wavelengths to target a larger surface area of the scalp with a broader beam of light.

Unfortunately the contraindications state that our products cannot be used if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding. This device has NOT been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women and therefore the risk to the foetus, neonate or pregnant women is unknown.
1. Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
3. Wait at least 24 hours.

Potential risks
Immediately after treatment skin may appear red. Skin should return to normal within 1 to 2 hours.
Temporary headaches may immediately follow the light treatment. Headaches can be treated with an appropriate pain killer and rehydration.

I’ve been using this for 1 year and 5 months now. Every day 10 mins. It’s really easy but if you have long hair please brush your hair and tie it up because the suckers inside the helmet can make the hair get knotted attaching the hair around your hair. Just tie your hair to be safe. Anyway I wanted to say this product is amazing! Literally I have double the amount of hair now. No see through patches. Healthy scalp and loads of baby hairs. Hairdresser says volune and amount is noticeable. I generally have fine hair but now it’s thick or perhaps I have double the amount of fine hair! All family and friends ask if I’ve been on supplements. I’ve even given up on medication I had to take for a very rare form of ******** before I came down with an illness and had to have *********. My hair is thick/long, grows faster and is stronger. In winter I use to see so much hair shedding on the floor or in the shower. Now I hardly see anything. If I try to pull my hair to see if it’s healthy it won’t come out as it’s strongly embedded. Best piece of equipment I’ve ever bought for my hair health and scalp.
