Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head (for the Series 2 Mask, attach the top strap across the top of your head).Step 3: Switch on, sit back and relax for your 10-minute treatment.Step 4: Remove the mask from your head and wipe clean.Step 5: Safely store in the protective storage bag.Expert Advice: Use 3 to 5 times a week as part of your morning or evening skincare routine. Can I use the LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask more than the recommended amount?

Yes, although any longer than the recommended treatment time isn't proven to be more effective.

The device is 100% pain free. It does not generate heat and should not feel uncomfortable.

How long will it take until I see results?

It’s really comfortable to wear and you can still move around if you want to, I prefer to close my eyes and relax for the 10 minutes it takes to work its magic. I could see a difference in my skin after a week it was clearer and my lines were less visible. After 4 weeks other people were commenting on my skin, I use the same skincare products as I did before purchasing the mask but it’s as if the products can penetrate further into my skin now. I’m really glad that I took the plunge and bought the mask as it’s become an integral part of my routine and I can really see a difference and it’s so easy to use and only 10 minutes a session. I use it 4 times a week it’s part of my “ me “ time .

I’ve been using this for about a month now. It’s going well. My only recommendation would be for the battery life to be present. Right now the device works until it just doesn’t turn on anymore. And then of course there’s panic because you paid a lot of money and it suddenly doesn’t turn on and then you realize it’s the battery. So if something could be added just showing the battery life, that would be great
