      HOW TO USE

      Step 1: Start with freshly cleansed skin that’s free from makeup. Wet your face with warm water & use cleanser to ensure skin is rid of all dirt, oil & impurities.

      Step 2: Place the Hydrogel Mask on your face & smooth it out.

      Step 3: Now put the LED Mask on & turn it on for your 10-minute treatment. The device will automatically turn off afterwards.

      DO NOT use this device if you suffer from any photosensitive disorder (sensitisation to light). If you use this device and you suffer from a photosensitive disorder you may cause a severe skin reaction.

      DO NOT use the device if you suffer from light-induced headaches.

      DO NOT use the device if you suffer from any genetic conditions of the eye.

      DO NOT use this device if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity. If you use this device and you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity you may cause a severe skin reaction. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider. Other substances not listed above can also cause photosensitivity. Common examples of these substances are St John’s Wort, Coal tar, deodorants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (moth balls), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing.

      SENSITIVITY TEST

      Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitivity test. Follow the step by step guide below;

      1. Place the device over your inner arm.

      2. Switch ON the controller and allow the device to run for its full 10-minute treatment program. The device will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.

      3. At any time if your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable STOP using the device immediately.

      4. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If the skin on your inner arm appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you.

      Loving this LED mask!

      I've been using this religiously for around 8 weeks and can vouch for its amazing rejuvenating and brightening effects. My only regret was not knowing at the time that a newer, updated, version was about to be released. Had I known this I would have waited for the newer version.

      Therapeutic

      I've been using the LED face mask for a few months and have noticed some subtle improvements in my skin's condition. While the results aren't dramatic, I'm satisfied with the gradual changes. I also enjoy the experience of using it—it gives me a reason to lie down and relax for 10 minutes, which is a nice bonus.

      Love but..

      I love my current body mask!

      I’ve had it for about 2 months now and I use daily. I have definitely noticed enhanced glow and evenness!

      My only complaint is that a new version was released shortly after with better strapping on the back… I wish I had that one, because the single strap on the back requires some adjustments throughout the treatment to get proper contact with the skin.

      So very grateful that you replaced my face and neck&dec mask because of faulty battery and other things. I was so happy with the results and happy I reached out to your customer service and after I sent pictures and explained what was wrong I could return the masks and you replaced them for new ones without hesitation!
